No, free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

The device must be in its new condition and with complete packaging, accessories, and gifts (if any).

In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, it can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of purchase.

You can return or exchange any of your purchases within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase, except for personal care devices and/or purchases that are fully or partially consumed.
